Here are some important things to make the process go smoothly:

 

-If the property is listed, it is still available and can be shown (unless it's noted otherwise)

 

-If at all possible, drive by the property before making an appointment to make sure the neighborhood, commute distances

and other aspects are suitable for you.  We try our best to describe the most important features of the property and the area, but

words and pictures are never as good as having a first look for yourself.  If something doesn't work for you, you won't need to make

a viewing appointment and you've saved yourself some time!

 

-Call the number listed on the flyer, or our office, to arrange viewing appointment.  When you do, please have the property

address at hand so we can make the correct arrangements.

 

-We can generally show a property within 24 hours of your request, or at a time that's convienient for you.

 

-If for some reason you can't make a scheduled appointment, or need to change one, please give us the courtesy of contacting

our office as soon as possible.  Gas and time are precious to us all, so it's better to change plans ahead of time when needed.
